Copy-ready messages and a simple 15-minute classroom trial script for friendly SIM Arcade teacher testers.

Copy-ready invite

Use this for email, text, or a quick DM. Keep the ask small and specific.

Hi — I’m testing SIM Arcade, a browser-based set of classroom simulations from Play to Learn Labs. Would you be willing to try one short simulation with students or preview one yourself this week? Start here: https://playtolearnlabs.com/start The ask is intentionally small: pick one Launch Pack sim, try it for 10–20 minutes, then send quick feedback here: https://playtolearnlabs.com/feedback I’m especially looking for: what students understood, where they got stuck, and whether you’d use something like this again.

15-minute classroom trial script

A simple flow teachers can run without planning a full lesson.

1. Pick one sim

Use the Launch Pack on the Start page. Best default: Cloud Lab for K–5 science, Control Room for energy/systems, or Market Shock for economics.

2. Set the purpose

Tell students: “Your job is to make choices, watch what changes, and be ready to explain one decision.”

3. Run + debrief

Play for 8–12 minutes, then ask: “What changed your strategy?” and “What did the sim make easier to understand?”

Follow-up message

Thank you for trying SIM Arcade. If you have 3 minutes, could you send quick feedback here? https://playtolearnlabs.com/feedback Most helpful: which sim you tried, what worked, what confused students, and whether you would use it again.

Best first asks

  • Ask teachers to try exactly one Launch Pack sim.
  • Ask for qualitative feedback before asking for scale.
  • Watch for first-minute confusion and debrief quality.
  • Follow up within 24 hours while the classroom moment is fresh.
